"Painted Fish and Other Mayan Feasts" Cooking Class
Date - Thursday, January 28th
Time - 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Location - Southern Seasons, University Mall, Estes Drive, Chapel Hill
Who can attend - All Get REAL & HEEL supporters, participants, and friends

More info: Author, chef, and former Get REAL & HEEL participant Sonja Lillvik will be cooking dishes from her exotic cookbook "Painted Fish and Other Mayan Feasts."

Individuals must register on their own, cost is $35 each. If you want to meet up with other GRH'ers, email ambera@unc.edu.

Cancer Awareness Health Fair & "Blue and Pink Gymnastics Meet"
Date – Sunday, February 14th, 2010
Time - 12 - 2:30 and 2:30 - 4:30
Location - Carmichael Auditorium, UNC Chapel Hill Campus
Who can attend - EVERYONE!! Both events are FREE!! Come to the health fair and meet lots of local cancer and health organizations, get information, and take home some freebies! Stay to see an AWESOME gymastics competition as UNC hosts Maryland!

5K Walk - Bridging the Gap from Treatment to Active Living
Date – Saturday, March 27, 2010
Time - 9:00 a.m.
Location -Starts at Get REAL & HEEL parking lot, 3433 Country Club Rd., Chapel Hill
Who can attend - EVERYONE!! This is a family friendly event, and will include lots of giveaways, food, and super children's activities.
